The Left Hook Coffee started as a conversation while setting tables for a dinner service. At that time, we had accumulated 6 years of coffee experience from Seattle and Orlando, along with cross country traveling and utilizing industry perks by way of the “sample coffee” offerings.

We had the opportunity to taste everything being offered from coast to coast! Finally, the idea of starting a coffee company began to feel real in 2020. We found a small secondhand roaster online, our friends helped procure it, and we got to work! We were invited to be a vendor at the Lake Eola Farmer’s Market, and after six months we moved up to Raleigh, NC—and the rest is history!
